Horizon Overhead Door is a home service company specializing in garage door and opener repair or replacement. Located in Caro, Michigan, we serve the Thumb and surrounding communities, including most of the Saginaw Bay Area. Our goal in every appointment is to provide outstanding customer service you will want to tell your friends and family about.

How Did We Start? 

Horizon Overhead Door was established by Rob Shadley in 2020 with the primary objective of building a successful business that could serve the community and invest in the lives of our employees. We value our employees and clients and are committed to continuous growth.

With a background in Construction Management and Educational Leadership, Rob put his skills, time, and money to the test by launching Horizon Overhead Door during the heart of the 2020 pandemic. This entrepreneurial journey has been full of ups and downs, but through it all, the beginning of a great team and company has been born. As we continue to grow our business in the years to come, we believe the sky’s the limit for Horizon Overhead Door.

Horizon Overhead Door Vivid Vision

Horizon Overhead Door is based out of Tuscola County, Michigan and continues to grow and expand across the state. As we plan to open a new location in Bay City, we add to their already thriving location in Cass City, covering most of the Saginaw Bay Area. We strive for excellence in every
area, and continue to provide exceptional customer service and quality work.

Marketing — Horizon Overhead Door is a leader in marketing in the garage door business. We take our marketing seriously and are constantly implementing, evaluating, and adjusting to what works best. We review our KPIs monthly and understate where our marketing dollars are spent. 

Clients not Customers — Every client is valued and treated with respect. Answering the phone with a positive attitude, listening to client needs, sending booking confirmations, calling when we are on our way, following up after the job with emails asking for reviews, and sending thank you notes to all clients backs up our efforts. We want the experience to be the best they have ever had in the home service industry. If we do that, everything else will take care of itself.
